Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide essential support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in our Residential Group Homes! This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them in daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Provide support in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Implement individualized care plans under the guidance of healthcare professionals. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote community involvement. Help administer medications to clients when needed. Requirements Must have high school diploma or GED. Must be 21 years or older to apply. Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. A compassionate approach toward patient care and a commitment to enhancing clients' quality of life. Ability to work flexible hours. We are seeking individuals for shifts Monday-Friday 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM This is a full-time 40 hour position.
