About the Role As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and advocacy. You'll help individuals develop life skills, participate in their communities, and reach personal goals — all within a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. This is relationship-based, mission-driven work where what you do each day truly matters.
