Role:
Soul Care Home Health Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our caring team in Agoura Hills, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential personal care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff Support clients with meal preparation and proper nutrition Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean home environment Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans
Requirements:
Valid California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required Previous experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor toward clients and families Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
