Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities and other special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being. This role requires a patient and empathetic approach and the ability to work collaboratively with families and other caregivers. Duties Provide personal care assistance to support individuals in daily living activities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency. Picking individuals up from their homes or assisted living facilities, bringing them out to engage in activities or outings, and returning them home. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel. Collaborate with supervisors, family members, and other support staff to coordinate care. Experience and Requirements Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
