(858) 351-4317 Help Someone Build Independence Home Care Placement is seeking a caregiver to support an adult with developmental disabilities through California's Self-Determination Program (SDP). This role focuses on encouraging independence at home and in the community. We're looking for someone who is patient, dependable, proactive, and interested in building a consistent, long-term relationship with one client.
