Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time (Residential Care) Crossroads Living Center, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential care team in Dixon, California. We provide 24-hour support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them live safe, independent, and meaningful lives within their home and community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a positive impact while working in a supportive team environment. Available Position House 2 - Dixon, CA (880 Alexander Dr.) Friday -

Monday:

1pm to 8PM Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, etc.) Prepare meals and assist with household tasks Administer medications (training provided if needed) Encourage community participation, recreational activities, and personal independence Complete required documentation accurately and professionally Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Provide compassionate behavioral support when needed Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and healthcare professionals Ensure the health, safety, and dignity of each resident Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred At least 18 years old Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with resident mobility when necessary Previous caregiving or DSP experience is preferred but not required —we are willing to train the right candidate.
