Assist with medication administration following prescribed instructions while maintaining accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive impairments through memory care techniques and compassionate engagement. Safely transfer patients using proper patient transfer methods and equipment such as Hoyer lifts or gait belts; ensure patient safety during movement and positioning.
