$19 - $21.75 per hour Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support for individuals in a Group Home and/or Adult Residential Facility setting. DSPs play a vital role in assisting residents with daily living skills, implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This position involves direct contact and hands-on work with clients in group home and facility settings , supporting both mentally challenged adults and children . Key Responsibilities Support residents in social interactions, group activities, and managing individual challenges Use positive redirection techniques to promote appropriate behavior and maintain structure Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming and personal hygiene Implement individualized treatment and program plans for each resident Support mobility, range of motion, and self-help skill development Accurately document incidents, progress notes, and behavioral data Perform basic incidental medical support as prescribed Assist with meal preparation and household chores Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a home-like environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Attend required staff meetings and training sessions Mandatory attendance at monthly meetings held every last Tuesday of the month Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or related services Experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses (mental health and developmental disabilities) DSP Year 1 certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) DSP Year 2 certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) Current CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications Valid California Driver's License Ability to pass criminal background check (Live Scan) Current TB test and health screening clearance Fluent in English (spoken) Schedule Monday to Sunday 4 PM to 12 AM Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) 10 AM to 6 PM, 8AM to 4

PM Required:
