Job Description

Innovative human service organization is seeking energetic, enthusiastic an On-Call Life Skill Specialists to join our Madera regional team. CIWP is client centered with programs that promote Peer Led Instruction, client owned and operated small businesses and community capacity building.

Job Duties:

Position involves the supervision and training of persons with developmental disabilities in a community based setting. Provides constant supervision, care, training, and job coaching of clients. Contributes collaborative effort through teamwork, clear communication and relationship building. Upholds standards for client rights and responsibilities.

Requirement:

On call position 0 hours up to 24 hours per week, 8 hour shifts.

Qualifications:
