$18.00/hour | Part-Time We Are The Village Adult Residential Facility is immediately hiring dependable Direct Support Professionals to provide dedicated 1:1 support to an adult with developmental disabilities.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Monday-Friday 2:00 PM-9:00 PM 9:00 PM-9:00 AM Saturday & Sunday

• 24-Hour Coverage Needed 9:00 AM-9:00 PM 9:00 PM-9:00 AM Applicants do not have to be available for every shift.

Please tell us exactly which days and shifts you can consistently work. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 supervision and support with daily living skills, community activities, communication/social skills, safety awareness, medication assistance within DSP scope, and required documentation. We are looking for staff who are patient, observant, dependable, professional, consistent, and comfortable providing individualized behavioral and safety support. Qualifications DOJ/FBI background clearance or ability to obtain clearance DSP training/certification as applicable First Aid/CPR Reliable transportation Ability to follow written support plans Ability to complete clear and accurate documentation Dependable attendance We value transparency, honesty, loyalty, consistency, and commitment.
