Moreno Valley, CA Job Details Full-time $17 - $22 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Teamwork High school diploma or GED Driver's License First Aid Certification Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals to provide care and support to adults living in a licensed Adult Residential Facility. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication support, community outings, documentation, and promoting resident independence and well-being. Prior experience in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, retirement homes, or personal care homes is highly preferred Knowledge of assisted living procedures, home & community care practices, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities Certification or training in first aid and CPR is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is expected Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Valid driver's license for driving residents or transportation duties is a plus Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to resident interaction Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and patience
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Caregiving or direct care experience preferred. Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, or behavioral challenges. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Part-Time, Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend shifts available.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
