Oxnard Full & Part-Time:
$20 / hour Mileage reimbursement $10/month cell phone stipend Flexible shifts ranging from morning, evening, and overnight shifts Benefits Health care benefits and PTO available if you transition to full time employment Discounts on Pet Insurance Cal-Savers retirement plan Your Responsibilities Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, budget management, and light household duties Following care plans and helping participants achieve their personal goals Encourage healthy habits, studies, hobbies, and social activities Assist participants access and participate in community activities Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required) Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant, staff and management Document shift and communication logs Who We're Looking For Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset Someone who has a warm, respectful, and professional demeanor Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments A valid driver's license Responsible, and can document goal progress tracking with detail
