Pay Range:
$25-30/hour What You'll Do As a Certified Hospice Aide , you'll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, working under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide comfort and support to patients and families.
Your responsibilities include:
Delivering personal care such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing assistance. Supporting mobility and exercise as directed by the care team. Monitoring and reporting patient observations to ensure safety and comfort. Assisting with feeding, light laundry, and other daily needs. Taking vital signs when ordered and maintaining accurate documentation. Participating in quality improvement activities to help us continually raise the bar in care. What We're Looking For Current California Home Health Aide Certification (required). CPR certification and a valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation. Ability to read and follow care plans and document services accurately. Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort working with terminally ill patients. Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely. Why Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice?
