Job Overview PrimeCare Senior Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. AM Thursday:

3:00 PM

•11:00 PM Rotating Third Shift (alternates weekly):

Friday:

3:00 PM

PM Sunday:

9:00 AM

•5:00 PM Additional opportunities to pick up shifts may be available, including AM, PM, and overnight coverage based on staffing needs. Candidates must be comfortable with the rotating third shift and able to commit to the scheduled hours. Responsibilities Provide direct care, supervision, and support to residents in a residential care setting Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation Support residents with their daily routines, independence, and personal choices Follow individual support plans and behavior support strategies Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed Administer medications as directed and complete required documentation Monitor resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being Report changes in resident health, behavior, or condition to management Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities Assist with appointments, outings, and recreational activities as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Communicate effectively with team members and management Respect resident rights, dignity, and privacy Qualifications We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and committed to providing quality care.

Preferred qualifications include:

Completion of DSP 1 and DSP 2 training Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional, caregiver, CNA, or in a similar care setting Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, or other support needs Knowledge of behavior support and de-escalation techniques Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and follow care instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to provide physical assistance, including transfers and mobility support, as needed CPR and First Aid certification preferred Medication administration experience is a plus Reliable transportation Why Join PrimeCare Senior Services?
