Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Home Health/Hospice, this position provides personal care and related services to patients in their homes under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist. The Certified Home Health Aide functions as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. Current certification as A Home Health Aide in the state of CA required. Current CPR required (American Heart Association only) One year experience as a C.N.A. or C.H.H.A. preferred. Valid CA driver's license and an automobile, with current auto insurance for field work required.
