Job Overview - EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

We are hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a small residential home in San Diego. This is a hands-on role focused on daily routines, structure, and support — not a large facility environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living (hygiene, meals, dressing) Support daily routines and structure Help with community outings and activities Maintain a clean, organized home Follow care plans and document daily notes Support medication (training provided) Requirements Reliable and consistent (very important) Positive attitude and patience Able to follow structure and direction 21+ and pass background check Reliable transportation Pay & Schedule $21-$23 per hour Paid training Flexible scheduling (including weekends/overnights) Work Environment Small residential home (not a large facility) More structured, less chaotic environment Supportive team and consistent routines Why Join Us We run a tight, structured home and are looking for people who take the work seriously.
