Home Care Aide Needed - Los Gatos & Surrounding Areas Who We Are Homewatch CareGivers of Los Gatos is a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who want to keep living safely and comfortably at home. We're known locally for consistent, high-quality care that helps our clients stay independent while getting the everyday support they need. The Job We're hiring reliable, warm-hearted Home Care Aides to join our team serving Los Gatos and the surrounding area. You'll work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, forming real relationships while helping them get through their day safely and comfortably. Our office team and each client's family stay closely involved, so you'll never be figuring things out alone — care plans are clear and scheduling is consistent. What You'll Do Help with hygiene and grooming needs — bathing, dressing, and personal care Keep clients company and engaged in conversation to fight isolation Assist with getting around safely: walking, transfers, and preventing falls Cook simple, healthy meals and support good daily habits Drive clients to appointments or help run errands as needed Keep the home neat, organized, and hazard-free Flag any changes in a client's health or behavior to the office and family What We're Looking For Comfortable working independently in a client's home while staying in touch with our care team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong communication skills and ability to follow a care plan Trustworthy, punctual, and respectful in someone else's home Background in caregiving, senior care, or similar settings is a plus, not required Bonus Points CPR/First Aid certified Dementia or memory care experience Bilingual or multilingual Why Homewatch We treat this as more than a job — it's work that genuinely changes people's lives.
