Job Description

Job Overview Golden Years Retreat is a beautiful six-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in Santa Rosa. We are a family-owned care home dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in a warm, home-like environment. We are seeking caring, dependable, and experienced caregivers who are passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with transfers and mobility Prepare and serve nutritious meals Administer medications (if medication trained) Observe and document changes in residents' condition Provide companionship and meaningful activities Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home Communicate effectively with families and the Administrator Follow RCFE regulations and infection control procedures Qualifications Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) RCFE or senior care experience preferred Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience is a plus Reliable transportation Ability to pass background clearance Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay ($18.21-22/hour depending on experience) Flexible scheduling Full-time and part-time opportunities Paid training Supportive family work environment Opportunities for advancement Paid meals during shifts Holiday pay and performance bonuses If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with seniors and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you.
