What You'll Do Support individuals in living on their terms, always centering personal choice. Build skills in areas such as daily living, social engagement, and personal care. Provide safe transportation to community activities, appointments, errands, and other destinations. Promote independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in community life. Provide consistent, professional, and person-centered support across settings. What We're Looking For We're seeking reliable, motivated individuals who communicate well, build positive relationships, and are comfortable working independently. Previous direct support or human services experience can be valuable, but we also welcome candidates who are ready to learn and bring the right mindset to the role. You'll thrive in this role if you: Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Are confident working independently in a variety of home and community settings. Excel at building trust and positive relationships. Bring professionalism, reliability, organization, and initiative to your work. Hold a valid California driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable, insured vehicle.
