What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work directly with our clients and help them live as independently as possible while providing the care and support they need. You may assist with personal care, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting and mobility, support individualized goals and daily routines, provide positive behavioral and emotional support, administer medications, accompany clients to appointments and community activities, and provide transportation using an HGH vehicle. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Experience supporting individuals with developmental, learning, or physical disabilities is preferred, but not required Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license Ability to provide hands-on care and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
