New Care Agency Hiring Full time NOC staff. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide support to an individual with developmental disabilities. This role is focused on consistent care, safety, and supportive relationship-building with an emphasis on compassionate support. This position is ideal for someone who has real, hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and is confident working through a range of behaviors with patience and calm presence. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support with daily living tasks (meals, hygiene, routines, mobility, and general care) Follow individualized support guidelines and behavior support strategies Maintain a safe and supportive environment at all times Assist with transportation on community outings Communicate clearly with family and care team members Complete basic documentation as needed Required Experience Must have prior experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities Ability to stay calm and effective in high-stress or escalated situations Strong understanding of supporting individuals with behavioral needs Comfortable providing hands-on, in-person support Compensation $22-24 Pay is based on position type.
