Home Care Aides for Older Adults Compassionate, non-medical support ~ help with activities of daily living (ADLs): relationship-based work that makes a difference •Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma Counties•We're looking for reliable, resourceful individuals interested in running their own business: you negotiate schedules/pay with our client. What You'll Do (Non-Medical Support Only): Assist with basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers Provide companionship, emotional support, and conversation Support with meals, hydration, and light household tasks Offer accompaniment to appointments, errands, and walks Maintain a calm, comforting presence and help seniors feel secure at home No medical or clinical duties are ever required.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
