Adult Residential Facilities:

Level 6 (previously known as Level 4i) and Level 7 Homes, Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes, and Community Crisis Homes. We operate with a philosophy rooted in compassion, individualized care, and community integration, ensuring every person has the opportunity to thrive. Our approach emphasizes dignity, respect, growth, and choice in the least restrictive environment possible. We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Level 6 Adult Residential Facility, which serves individuals who require more care and assistance than a Level 6 home, whether due to behavioral, medical, or other complex support needs. Program:

Our home serves up to four adult residents (ages 18-59) who may be: Diagnosed with intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and/or autism, and are eligible for Regional Center Level 6 services.

Responsibilities:

Support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration Implement Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) under clinical supervision Maintain compliance with Title 22 and Regional Center requirements Promote safety and well-being Document daily activities, behavior data, and progress accurately Model positive communication and reinforce independence and dignity Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities - If less than 6 months, additional training (48 hours total in the first year) will be provided 18 years of age or older with a valid California driver's license High School Diploma or GED Must communicate effectively in English and provide compassionate, professional care First Aid & CPR certification within 7 days of employment (required before working alone with residents) Must pass a health screening and TB test verifying fitness for duties Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance prior to employment Commitment to 12 hours of continuing education annually Must be physically able to assist residents as needed, including occasional lifting or repositioning, and to respond quickly in emergency situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with trauma-informed care, or non-restrictive approaches
