REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Current CPR & First Aid (if do not have one must obtain within first 30 days of employment)
• Current California Drivers License
• Preferably minimum of 1 years providing care/assistance for persons with disabilities. (not required)
• Energetic, Self-Starter, Resourceful, Strong Organizational and Planning Skills.
• Displays excellent 'follow- through' skills to complete what is assigned by the Supervisor.
• Personal qualities of flexibility patience and being a positive team player.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Minimum must be 25+ years of age.

Work Remotely No Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed

In person Duties Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Provide support for individuals with dementia and memory care needs, ensuring their comfort and safety. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, including HIPAA compliance. Assist with heavy lifting as needed for mobility support or during activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care. Document daily activities and progress in accordance with organizational policies. Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus. Certification in First Aid is desirable. Previous experience in home care or long-term care settings is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the role.
