All support happens in the community. You will drive a company van and spend the day supporting people with community activities and other planned outings. What you'll do Provide person-centered support throughout the day in community settings Drive the company van to transport the people you support safely to and from activities Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and a fulfilling life Support positive interactions, social connections, and community participation Teach skills that improve daily life Support participation in groups, volunteer work, recreation, and personal interests Use Positive Support approaches in daily interactions Support personal hygiene and medical-related needs as assigned, including medication administration when trained and authorized Create safe environments and stay consistently engaged during every shift This role supports planned community activities that promote inclusion, habilitation, and activities of daily living. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day-program hours What we're looking for Comfortable driving a company van throughout the day Reliable, calm, and able to work independently in the community Genuinely interested in helping people work toward their goals Able to stay engaged, keep people safe, and complete documentation Willing to complete required training and screening Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Comfortable driving a company van High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to pass a background check and meet Colorado Medicaid / provider requirements Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, medication administration, positive supports, and related DSP training) Ability to assist with personal care and mobility as needed MATA provides the van. You provide consistent, respectful, community-based support
