    • Position Overview
    • The
    • Rider Assistant
    • supports students who require additional instructional, behavioral, or personal assistance during school-related transitions.
    Working under the supervision of special education staff and designated school personnel, Rider Assistants help ensure students feel safe, supported, and successful during key parts of their school day. Rider Assistants may also provide support with physical mobility or therapeutic care needs, as directed by qualified education or healthcare professionals.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Assist students during morning and afternoon school transitions + Provide instructional and behavioral support as needed + Support students with personal care or physical mobility + Follow guidance from special education staff and supervising personnel + Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment
    • Minimum Qualifications
