What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate documentation Use the electronic caregiver mobile app to clock in/out, record completed tasks, and update client notes in a timely and detailed manner. Contribute to a positive team environment Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members to ensure continuity of care. Respond to schedule updates and care plan changes with professionalism and reliability.
