Overview We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to support adult members who loves the outdoors. This role combines personal care assistance with active community outings — arcades, museum, thrift store shopping, fishing, camping, swimming, and other outdoor activities the member enjoys. You will provide hands-on personal care support as needed, transport the members to community outings, and be a steady, patient presence throughout. The right candidate is comfortable with personal care tasks, genuinely enjoys the outdoors, and communicates clearly and calmly in all situations. Responsibilities Provide support to a group of members' daily needs with dignity and respect Plan and facilitate outdoor community outings — arcades, museum visits, fishing, camping, swimming, and similar activities Provide transportation to and from all outings using your own reliable vehicle or company vehicle Support the members' participation and engagement throughout each outing Communicate clearly and patiently — adjusting your approach to meet the member Maintain consistent attendance — reliability is essential to this member's wellbeing Document service notes accurately and on time
