Benhaven Residential is seeking Per Diem Direct Support Professionals. The Per Diem Direct Support Professional will provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This position is on an as-needed basis, serving as a substitute for regular staff members when they are unavailable.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management Support individuals in participating in recreational and social activities Provide transportation to appointments and outings as needed Maintain a safe and clean living environment for individuals Document observations and incidents in daily logs Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other team members Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in the field

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work on short notice This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
