All Shifts:

All Adjunct Counselors are contacted to provide coverage on a per diem basis. There is no guaranteed schedule, and coverage requests are based on program and client needs.

Seeking Per Diem Adjunct Counselors:

Join a dedicated team of professionals located at Milner House, a licensed adult group home. Milner House helps adults gain stability and develop skills to live independently.

Adjunct responsibilities may include:

Assist clients in addressing basic needs, including medical and psychiatric needs Prepare and facilitate educational and skill-building groups and one-to-one interventions as directed by the treatment plan Coordinate care with providers and families as needed Client transportation Medication monitoring Assist in the preparation of meals Counseling Documentation House cleaning

Schedule:

Openings available for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift), including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

High school or equivalent required plus four years of experience working in the human services field preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to transport client in own car, when needed. Supervision and training provided.

Rate of pay:

$21.00 per hour

Work Location :

Because our clients rely on face-to-face support to build trust, this position requires employees to be fully present in the office and community depending on the position.
