We are seeking compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Program and IHS in home support teams. Position Overview As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a structured day program setting. This role focuses on promoting independence, building life skills, and encouraging community involvement. This is an active, engaging role ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and enjoys making a meaningful impact. The program is located on a bus line , making it accessible for reliable transportation. All IHS program are in Stratford, Bridgeport, Trumbull etc car needed for all IHS positions.
