Job Description
•Job located in Harbeson, DE. Approximately 10 minutes from Georgetown, DE.

Shift:
Dayshift and Nightshift Available; 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am Shift Differentials Offered! $15 an hour dayshift weekdays $16 an hour nightshift weekdays Additional $2 an hour for weekends
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide caring, hands-on support to residents with daily needs such as personal care, mobility, and household tasks. Assist residents during mealtimes — serving, monitoring for safety, and encouraging good nutrition. Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment by maintaining resident rooms and shared spaces. Offer positive engagement, redirection, and one-on-one support to residents as needed. Join residents in activities, therapeutic groups, and community outings to promote participation and social connection. Support safe transportation and assist with monitoring residents who need extra attention. Observe and document resident progress, behaviors, and any changes in condition. Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality procedures to ensure quality care. Participate in ongoing training and development to grow your skills. Contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented atmosphere where residents can thrive. Perform other duties as assigned.
