What You'll Do (Caregiver Responsibilities) As a Caregiver, you'll work 1‑on‑1 with clients in their homes, supporting them with: Light housekeeping: organizing, laundry, basic cleaning Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with meals Mobility support: safe transfers, fall‑prevention assistance Companionship and daily living support Ability to communicate effectively in English with patients, families, and care teams Transportation and errands (if applicable) Eligibility Requirements Valid Florida 40 hour HHA certificate or CNA license Fluent in English to support effective patient communication and safety Valid ID Completion of all required training (organization & state requirements) Florida Clearinghouse Background Check - HB531 (AHCA compliant)
