Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a English and Russian Home Health Aide , where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their homes. Your expertise will support clients across various care needs, including senior care, disability support, and memory care, fostering a comfortable and respectful environment. Responsibilities Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as cleaning and cooking Observe and monitor patients' health status by taking vital signs and reporting changes promptly Experience Prior experience in home health or long-term care environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Experience using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for documentation and patient tracking Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient care and caregiving procedures Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications like medication administration or hospice care are a plus Previous roles involving senior care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings will strengthen your application Join us to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing quality of life through attentive and respectful home health services.
