We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Duties Experience Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in patient observation, dementia care, memory care, Alzheimer's care, or hospice care is valuable. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining confidentiality of patient information is essential. Hands-on experience with patient monitoring tools such as vital signs measurement and medication administration is required. Familiarity with caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or intellectual disabilities supports success in this role. Experience working with seniors or geriatrics, including long-term care settings, enhances your ability to provide empathetic caregiving. Certification in CPR and first aid is necessary; additional training in manual handling or heavy lifting is a plus. Join us to make a positive impact every day!
