The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and able to provide high-quality care in the client's home. Responsibilities Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide medication reminders Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Home Health Aides typically support clients with daily care tasks, household assistance, and basic health monitoring in the home setting.
