Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the client's environment by performing housekeeping tasks. Help clients with medication reminders as per the prescribed plan. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in care delivery. Encourage and assist clients in maintaining independence within their capability.
