Job Description

Webb's Health and Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Personal Supports (PS) and Companion services to an individual with developmental disabilities. Schedule Monday•

Thursday:

2:00 PM•6:00

PM Saturday:

11:30 AM•3:00

PM Sunday:

11:30 AM•3:00

PM Total Hours:

25 hours per week Responsibilities Provide Personal Supports and Companion services. Assist with daily living activities and promote independence. Support community participation and social engagement. Encourage goal achievement and skill development. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Follow all APD and company policies and procedures. Qualifications Compassionate, reliable, and professional. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
