Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable, experienced and dedicated Home Health Aides and Caregivers to join our growing team serving clients in the Land O' Lakes area. If you have a passion for helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity while remaining safely in their homes, we would love to speak with you. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of others. Please note- We service the areas of New Port Richey, Land O Lakes, and Hudson. The more areas you are willing to drive the more hours you will get up front. What You'll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care and activities of daily living Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed Monitor client well-being and communicate changes to the care team Create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for clients What We're Looking For Current Patient Care Technician (PCT), CNA, or related healthcare certification preferred Previous patient care or healthcare experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
