Duties Companion services consist of non-medical care supervision and soziabilizacion activities provided to receipen age 21 or older This service must be provided in direct relation to the achievement of the clients goals The services will be provided in the community based as activities most likely to result in increased ability to access community resources without paid support Strong understanding of home & community care standards and regulations governing home health services Excellent patient communication skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving Join us in making a meaningful difference!
