We are a team-oriented organization that maintains high standards for those we serve and those who serve them. What You'll Do Provide hands-on daily support to clients, including physical assistance with transfers, mobility, and personal care as needed. Lift and assist with lifting clients or equipment up to 50 lbs, including support with wheelchair transfers and positioning. Promote skill development, personal growth, and self-advocacy. Accompany individuals to local community activities and recreational events. Collaborate closely with team members and families to foster a safe, respectful environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED equivalent required; 1+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred. Current CPR/First Aid and Florida APD (Agency for Persons with Disabilities) certifications are highly desirable. Ability to successfully complete a Level 2 background screening. Ability to lift, transfer, and physically assist clients up to 50 lbs as required by individual care plans. Availability to work Monday through Friday. Able to conduct notes digitally.
