Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Facilitate safe patient transfers using proper methods and equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being during home visits Follow home healthcare regulations and protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met Skills Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental delays, or geriatric populations in home or long-term care settings Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility aids like Hoyer lifts or patient transfer devices Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination with healthcare teams Knowledge of home health care assistance techniques including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and light housekeeping tasks Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR is required Join us to provide compassionate, professional home health services that empower clients to live healthier, happier lives.
