As an HHA, you will provide essential care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.) Provide mobility assistance (walking, transfers, repositioning) Support meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or condition Offer companionship and emotional support Follow the client's individualized care plan as directed by the agency and nurse supervisor
Requirements:
Active Florida Home Health Aide certification or CNA license Current CPR certification (preferred) Level 2 background screening (required) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Experience in home care, nursing homes, or assisted living preferred
