Duties Supervise and engage pets during playtime, ensuring a fun and safe environment for dogs and other animals Assist with kennel cleaning, sanitization, and overall animal care to maintain a hygienic facility Handle animals with gentle restraint techniques and proper animal handling skills to ensure safety for pets and staff Support pet boarding services by feeding, administering medication, and monitoring health status Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets' needs and behaviors Assist with pet grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and basic hygiene maintenance Participate in outdoor activities and exercise routines to promote physical activity and mental stimulation for animals Requirements Previous experience in veterinary settings, kennel work, or pet sitting is highly desirable Knowledge of animal behavior, dog training techniques, and animal restraint methods Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during kennel cleaning or equipment setup Strong animal handling skills with patience and compassion for pets of all temperaments Experience in pet grooming, sanitation procedures, and facility sanitization practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Outdoor work experience preferred for supervising play areas and outdoor activities Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role offers an energetic atmosphere where your love for animals makes a real difference.
