Care Staff / Medical Technician - All Shifts Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff, preferably certified med techs, to join our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies (for med techs) Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Document care activities accurately and timely Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, ensuring residents' dignity and well-being

Skills and Qualifications:
