Schedule Hours:

(12hours/week) Schedule can be decided with the client

Medical Appointments:

1x per month accompanying the family on a trip to Gainesville for client medical appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

Lead weekly local outings into Lake City for social, recreational, and personal activities.

Medical Travel Support:

Accompany and assist the family once a month for scheduled medical appointments in Gainesville.

Documentation & Safety:

Maintain clear daily logs of progress and activities, following all health, safety, and CPR/First Aid protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Experience with developmental disabilities or home caregiving preferred (CNA experience is a plus). Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for local outings and travel to Gainesville. Physical ability to lift and assist client safely as needed.
