What we offer $18 to $22/hour, based on experience and qualifications Consistent 30-hour weekly schedule Monday through Thursday daytime hours Fridays off Paid required training Company-paid required screenings What you'll do You'll provide dependable, one-on-one support to help the individual stay safe, maintain independence, and participate in activities. You might play some video games together, go to Disney Springs, explore a nature trail, construct a lego set, or many other activities that interest you and the individual you support. The possibilities are truly endless. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable working independently with a person with developmental disabilities. We welcome experienced caregivers, Direct Support Professionals, HHAs, CNAs, and candidates with other qualifying care or support experience. CareOne provides the required paid training for qualified candidates.
