MASTERS SOCIAL WORKER

Qualifications Masters Degree in Social Work required. Experience - minimum of one year in hospital or medical setting. Ability to deal comfortably with people in emotional need in a competent, calm manner. Proficiency in communication skills at all levels. Proficiency in observation, assessment and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and organization in performance. Ability to work independently. Recognition and commitment to continuing profession development (i.e., professional affiliations: NASW, ACSW, GSHSW, licensure). Flexible schedule, some evening work may be required. Pager rotation for evening and weekend coverage required.
