What We Offer $16.00 per hour Weekly pay Paid holidays Simple and efficient onboarding Supportive and responsive administrative team Meaningful work that positively impacts clients and their families About the Role As a Personal Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily activities that promote safety, comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life . Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with transfers, mobility, and other physical support as outlined in the care plan Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Provide companionship, conversation, encouragement, and emotional support Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment Observe and report changes in the client's health, behavior, mood, mobility, or overall condition Follow each client's individualized care plan and agency policies Respect client privacy, dignity, rights, preferences, and personal choices Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and agency staff Complete required documentation accurately and on time Experience & Qualifications Previous hands-on caregiving experience is strongly preferred .

Relevant experience may include:

Home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or community-based care Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility Supporting seniors or individuals with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities Dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, or behavioral support Providing companionship and personal care Following individualized care plans and completing caregiving documentation Additional Qualifications Applicants should have: Basic knowledge of first aid and safe caregiving practices An understanding of client rights, confidentiality, and person-centered care Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills A dependable, punctual, patient, compassionate, and professional attitude The ability to work independently while following care plans and agency policies Availability to work every other Saturday and Sunday Ready to Make a Difference?
