Join our non-medical home care team and provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for a reliable Personal Care Aide with hands-on caregiving experience and a strong commitment to respectful, person-centered care. What We Offer $16.00 per hour Weekly pay Paid holidays Simple and efficient onboarding Supportive and responsive administrative team Meaningful work that directly impacts clients and their families About the Role As a Personal Care Aide, you will support seniors and individuals with disabilities with daily activities that promote safety, comfort, dignity, independence, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and mobility Assist with transfers and other mobility-related needs as required by the care plan Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Provide companionship, conversation, encouragement, and emotional support Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment Observe and report changes in the client's health, behavior, mood, mobility, or overall condition Follow the client's individualized care plan and agency procedures Respect client privacy, dignity, preferences, rights, and personal choices Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and agency staff Complete required documentation accurately and on time Experience and Qualifications Previous hands-on caregiving experience is strongly preferred.
